What you share
The quote form collects your name, email address, project description, selected service, quantity, material preference, and any company, phone number, preferred date or files you choose to provide.
How we use it
StrataForm 3D uses this information to assess and respond to your project request. Please do not upload passwords, identity documents or other sensitive information that is unnecessary for your project.
Storage and service providers
Cloudflare hosts the quote service and private file storage and provides Turnstile spam protection. Resend processes notification and confirmation emails; Fastmail hosts our business inbox. These providers may process information outside South Africa. Turnstile processes technical browser and network information to help prevent abuse.
How long we keep it
Submitted files and enquiry details in our quote service are scheduled for deletion after 60 days. Unfinished customer uploads are scheduled for deletion after 24 hours. Cleanup runs hourly, so deletion can occur after the retention deadline. Email copies, provider logs and correspondence are separate from this automated cleanup.
File access
Uploads are stored privately. File links sent in our notification emails expire seven days after submission. Anyone holding one of these links can access its file until the link expires.
